Platform
What is Globriq?
Globriq is an enterprise integration platform that helps teams connect systems, manage data movement and understand integration outcomes. The documentation guide introduces how the platform fits together.
How does data move through Globriq?
An integration defines its source, destination and the data to move. Where transformation is needed, mappings describe the expected output. Supported transfers or workflows then operate under your organization's controls, with results available for review.
Connectors
What systems and connection types are supported?
Globriq supports file, API and database integration paths. The connector catalogue separates system connectors from transport connectors, with Available and Planned labels. Confirm the direction and requirements of your integration with the Globriq team.
How are credentials managed?
Credential Profiles manage authentication separately from integration setup. Platform permissions govern access to credential management. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other secrets in a public guidance request.
Fabric Workflows
What is a Fabric Workflow?
A Fabric Workflow coordinates an ordered set of supported integration steps. The steps and execution options available depend on the capabilities enabled for your organization and the readiness of the integration.
Can data be mapped and transformed?
Mappings define how source fields become destination fields. Teams can author, version and preview mappings; using a mapping in an integration depends on the supported workflow and input. Read about mapping and transformation.
Operations
How can I monitor runs?
Use Run Center for supported schedules and run context, Delivery Activity for transfer outcomes, and Fabric Events for event histories. Operations Center helps investigate what needs attention.
What are Fabric Events?
Fabric Events presents event histories that help operators understand execution outcomes. Viewing events does not itself run or retry an integration.
What is Run Center?
Run Center brings supported transfer and workflow schedules into one operational view. Available actions follow the controls and permissions of the integration.
What happens when delivery fails?
Delivery Activity shows the outcome and available next steps. Eligible failures may be retried under the integration's controls; some cases require operator review.
BridgeIQ
What is BridgeIQ?
BridgeIQ helps teams understand readiness, review operational context and prepare governed next steps. It includes advisory checks and reviewable configuration drafts. Explore BridgeIQ for its role in the platform.
Does BridgeIQ make changes automatically?
Advisory answers do not automatically change integrations. Recommendations remain reviewable and governed before changes are applied, and available configuration actions require separate authorization.
Security and trust
How does Globriq approach security?
Globriq combines tenant isolation, Credential Profiles, role-based access, governed execution and audit visibility. The Trust section explains the current controls and assurance status.
What is the current certification status?
ISO 27001 certification is underway. SOC 1 Type I examination is underway. These are in-progress statuses, not claims of completed certification or examination.
Getting started
How can I evaluate Globriq or request guidance?
Request a demo or guidance through the contact form. Describe the systems you need to connect, the direction data should travel and the business outcome. Keep the description high level; do not send credentials, personal records or production data.
Where can I check service status?
The Status page shows the latest available service check and when it was observed. If a current result cannot be confirmed, it says Status unavailable.
